“Good Morning I feel the experience could be a little swifter, i only ordered a rug and took well over a week to be delivered, also the rug looked like it was cut from an offcut as was wonky on one end (not straight)... i didnt send it back as id been waiting a while without a rug in my hallway... That all being said i would visit the shop again as found the prices resonable, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for i suppose.”

“We ordered the anti-slip mat for our rug, which was constantly moving and creating puckering.on a carpet. The rug is on top of a carpet. This anti-slip mat is fantastic! It’s been down for a week and the rug has not moved at all. A great purchase. Thank you.”
