“Delivery was prompt and we were kept notified. The product itself seemed overpriced for what it was. It was basically the same as the non-slip underlay you can get at Ikea but seemed about 3 times as much. I had thought it would be something thicker offering a bit of insulation and 'give' under the feet.”

“Delivery of the rug I ordered was delayed twice due to shipping problems. On each occasion however I received emails apologising for the delays. It eventually arrived very well packaged and exactly as advertised. I also received a detailed email giving instructions on the care of the rug. My wife was so pleased have ordered a second rug”
