“The whole experience was very good. Found the rug I wanted, rug as described and quality good. Pre delivery advice sent on how to flatten out the rug and good communication received around delivery. All in all I am pleased with the product and the customer experience.”

“Ordered six rugs of differing colours which all arrived within the stated time. Faultless service & delivery from the Rug Seller though one of the smaller rugs is curved on one side instead of it being completely straight like the others were. Otherwise, very impressed with the vivid colours and patterns. I've already recommended this seller to a family member who has now also placed an order.”

“I ordered 2 rugs one of which was a bright red on the website picture. When the rug came it was a much darker shade than that shown. I was very disappointed and contacted customer services. They explained that because of computer resolutions they could not guarantee the shade of a rug. They then explained it would cost about £8 to return it. If I had known about shades and computer resolution I would never have ordered online and I will never do so again.”
