“They kept me informed every step of the way and even gave advise on how to unwrap and flatten the rug. It was efficiently delivered and even though this was a rather small, inexpensive buy, I was made to feel my custom was important to them. I shall certainly buy from this company again.”

“The carpet is superb quality and looks amazing. The only think that could be improved on is notification of delivery. I found this process wasn't as good as their competitors who give you clearer windows of delivery, the ability to move delivery dates and tracking numbers that work.”
