“Very prompt delivery but on receipt there was a fault with the rug which was disappointing. A 'phone call and exchange of emails however has solved the problem without fuss and arrangements for an exchange of rug have been made. Problems can always occur but it is how they are remedied which is the measure of an organisation!”

“You sent us the wrong colour rug! Currently waiting for someone to deliver correct one. It has been 5 days and no idea of when it's coming. Not very good experience, prob won't be using this company again at this rate.”
