“Purchased a number of rugs from The Rug Seller over the years. This latest one is lovely, just like the others. Service as always was excellent and the rug was packaged well to ensure it arrived safely. Also, the best prices! Why would you buy a rug from anywhere else - I wouldn't?”

“I have to say I cannot fault The Rug Seller for customer service. I ordered the rug on Boxing Day but unfortunately it was out of stock and would take 10 weeks for delivery. My money was refunded less 10% immediately. Sure enough 10 or 11 weeks later I called up to get an update and was advised it would be arriving in UK within the week. The following Monday I received a call to say it had arrived and to arrange the delivery. We agreed for the Thursday and it was delivered by lunchtime. The only thing I could say is it would be nice to get a more precise time for delivery as between 9 and 5 is a long time to wait. The rug was well worth the wait, it is absolutely lovely”

“After much searching for a firm who could clean and repair my large wollen rug, bought back from Morocco quite a few years ago, I discovered a local shop..The Rug Seller. My rug was cleaned beautifully and the tassels on each end, which had barely survived 2 collies and various young visitors, were renewed and I am thrilled with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm, they worked a "miracle!" Venetia Peet”
