“The rug I purchased was lovely but unsuitable for the size of my living room so I returned it and received a full refund, although I had to pay the return postage amounting to £8.50p. I would recommend as they have a massive range of rugs.”

“This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company, my rug was delivered within the timescale stated unfortunately the wrong one was delivered, I contacted customer service and spoke with James who was very apologetic and said he would get the correct one sent, he rang me yesterday 28/3 to say that my rug will be delivered on Tues 3/4, and the other rug will be collected at the same time. Thank You James for being so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Rugseller”

“Website not wholly clear and I missed the availability of absorbent rugs until after I had placed an alternative order. However the company are great to deal with and the rug arrived promptly and well packed. It would help if it was made clear somehow that the plastic packaging was recyclable (thank you for answering my email so promptly and it is great that it is recyclable!) Rug is true to colour and good quality.”
