“The Rug Seller gives one the platform to buy beautiful, premium rugs. However, I find it odd that one has to pay so much to be able to return a rug. I think there should be a better way of handling returns in order to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.”

“Delivery was prompt and ordering was straightforward. At present I am waiting, and hopeful, that the wrinkles in the rug, as a result of the rolled up delivery, will flatten out as they haven't yet even with following the guidance email I received”

“Nice rug and everything was fine apart from the colours of the rug. The photos made it look much paler than it was. The main problem was the background colour which I was expecting to be a light greyish brown but it was in fact a deep yellowish brown and did not work in our room so I have sent it back.”
