“Our order took a very long time to come which was annoying BUT we were pleased with the communication and updates on the order status. Now our rug has arrived, we are happy with the quality and the colour. I would buy from you again but I think if the order was to be delayed again, we would cancel and go elsewhere. Thank you.”

“There were plenty of photos to help me chose. Delivery was prompt. The rug was very well package and I was extremely pleased with the quality and look of the rug, it was absolutely perfect for what I wanted.”

“Unfortunately the rug was out of stock, but we received an email straight away giving us the option to pick an alternative or cancel. They also provided approximately when the next shipment was due and delivered within this timeframe. Excellent service and more importantly we were very pleased with the rug, which gets great comments from visitors.”
