“As always excellent customer service from the call handler .Regular updates from the rug seller on delivery etc prompt delivery and well packaged The rug is beautiful and the colours match the web site photos perfectly although it did take a few days to settle ( but all of this was explained on the product information ) I have bought rugs from this company before and can highly recommend them for product quality and friendly professional customer service”

“Bought this rug as a replacement kitchen mat. Old rug was almost identical with a woven back .This is so much better as the back is non-slip. Ideal!”

“I bought a rug, and wasn’t happy with the colour. Emailed the rug seller and they accepted the return straight away. This time I could not find the product I wanted but I would definitely recommend this company as customer focused.”

“We found the rug we wanted on Rug Seller's web site and ordered it immediately, that was at 4pm in the evening. The rug was delivered by courier at 11am the following morning. What a truly fantastic service!! The rug is really lovely, it was sold at a great price and with free delivery. We have purchased from Rug Seller previously and the service received at that time was the same.”
