“Excellent selection and follow up service. I live in Australia and bought a kilim as a present for my friend in the UK. Having ordered it, I realised that she would be away for a few days so I had to change the delivery date. Everything went smoothly, and my email was answered and acted upon promptly and efficiently. The rug was delivered on time. She was thrilled with the rug. First class service, thank you”
