“The rug itself is decent quality and matches the picture and description on the website. A small point on delivery - the delivery company left the rug unattended outside my property despite the written assurance that they would take it to the depot and attempt a second delivery if nobody was in the first time. However, The Rug Seller team were helpful and sympathetic in trying to address this.”

“I must confess that I was rather disappointed to receive an email after purchase, to say that my item was sold out and not available until the middle of January, especially as I felt I had order it in plenty of time for Christmas. As it turned out, it arrived a couple of days before Christmas and the quality is excellent. I am very pleased!”
