“They recommended a rug to suit my requirements but unfortunately I did not like it when it was delivered. However I was able to return the rug and was reimbursed. They were efficient and concerned that I did not like the rug and offered to assist with my search for a suitable item.”

“I am very happy with my rug and it looks exactly as on the detailed photos on the website. My only observation is that it would be nice to have an information sheet with the rug that tells you how to clean it and keep it generally in good condition. I know there is a section on the website, but it is fairly general and individual to the purchase would be great. I emailed and then rang to get the answer, which was well handled. Thank you.”

“Rug Seller offers a huge variety of reasonably priced rugs with free delivery. I was notified when the rug was dispatched and given details of the delivery date. I didn't encounter any problems.”

“We are happy with the rugs that we purchased from you. But it is a shame that I did not find them sooner on the John Lewis site. They are cheaper than what you are selling them. They are exactly same size all round.”
