“The rug itself is great. Took 2 months to arrive, an initial email was sent to say it was out of stock and would be about 2 months to wait, but no updates or contact after that, and they took the money when we ordered and not when it came into stock.”

“There was a delay from their suppliers. All The Rug Seller staff were lovely. Had the rug for the same price as another seller, it was slightly cheaper. The Rug Seller were true to their words. Got the difference, plus £5. All as in their price promise. Rug is lovely and well admired. This is my second purchase from The Rug Seller. Thank you. Liz Taylor.....(honestly)!”

“Had to wait a few weeks for delivery but I am pleased with the carpets. The colours compliments my lounge and they don't move around. The only disappointment is the amount of fibres they shed!!! Be prepared! I filled my empty Dyson during the first Hoover and they just keep shedding 😩”

“Although the process of ordering and delivery were good the hall runner was too [wrinkly] to lie flat so i returned it and the accompanying rug and anti slip and had a full refund without problem.”
