“Had to wait approximately 6 weeks as the rug I ordered was out of stock However good communication from the rug seller they emailed me to say it would be the end of February befor they would receive more stock and it was well worth the wait ! Excellent quality and just as described!!! Very pleased”

“Would have given 5 stars but for one thing. Called and spoke to someone in the office who told me they would send cleaning instructions to my email, nothing arrived. Apart from that I had a very easy transaction and quick delivery.”

“The kitchen rug goes beautifully with the floor and units. Only criticism is that there were no instructions as to how to care for and clean this particular rug. No instructions as to if it can go in the washing machine etc. Couldn't even find that on the website. William Bakewell”
