“Love my rug but perhaps give people with laminate flooring the option to purchase grips when they are purchasing their rug, I've nearly gone flying a few time, can't wait for mind to arrive!!!!”

“Very pleased with my new small wool rug - very reasonably priced in comparison to other sellers. I paid an extra £20 for next day delivery by noon as I wanted to take it to France; it arrived an hour late which had me worried because I was ready to leave for my flight. That said, it was down to the delivery chaps route and I was, unfortunately, last on his list. This hitch wouldn't stop me ordering again from The Rug Seller Ltd. T”

“Beautiful rugs - packaged well. look as good in real life as they do on the website. Would have rated a 5 but for the delay outside of stated delivery time and I had to chase then twice before I got a response”

“This was first rug I had purchased from you and am very pleased with the rug's appearance in my sitting room. I bought some Ruggies from elsewhere but these do not work and the rug appears to have a mind of its own and moves of its own accord but as I am retired I have the time to keep moving it.”

“They did initially send me the wrong colour rug, however they responded within 24 hours and arranged a replacement and collection on the day of my choice. The new rug seems great so far, no complaints.”

“Efficient service but unfortunately the actual colour did not match my expectations so I returned the rug. The staff were very helpful in trying to find a rug with the right colours in it but were unsuccessful so they returned my money to me”

“A delay of a few weeks before getting this rug but worth the wait. A beautiful rug in glowing colours, exactly like the photo on the website. It has been the perfect finishing touch for our newly decorated dining room and looks brilliant under our oak dining table.”
