“Purchase a rug from the rug seller and was informed that they were awaiting a delivery from the manufacturer and could take up to 4 weeks .this was no problem for myself and was prepared to wait .during the waiting period I had several updates on my purchase ..it was eventually delivered is good quality and really deep pile well pleased .I didn't mind waiting and no doubt at the right time it's probably off the shelf”

“I bought this rug for my 90 year old mother and she was thrilled with it . I also purchased the non slip mat to go underneath to prevent her from slipping and it worked perfectly .”

“Great prices but poor returns facilities. Had to return a rug and had to call the office to ask how to return it. No returns label with packaging when originally bought so had to download it and send it back at my cost even though I wanted an exchange.”

Thank you for your recent review of The Rug Seller. As per our terms and conditions, if you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 14 days of delivery. The rug must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of acceptance of your return request. You are responsible for the cost of returning the rug (unless the rug is faulty). Once we have received the rug and are happy it has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price of the goods. Alternatively you can choose to accept a credit for the full price of the rug you ordered. This can be used towards the purchase of another rug. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
