“Great price. Was pleases with how quick it arrived. Upon opening the rug it did have a few yellow dye marks all over it but they were easily removed with carpet cleaner.”

Thank you for your recent review of The Rug Seller and the Arabesque Blue (https://www.therugseller.co.uk/arabesque-rug-in-blue/p-30-16356-19598-1). The Arabesque range is 90% wool and 10% Viscose for added softness which is a non-continuous filament fibre and shedding is a natural characteristic of these fibres. “Quick delivery. Reasonable prices. The wool rug I bought is shedding a lot though. It's been a few weeks now but it's still making a mess. Considering washing it to see if it helps”

The Flokati range is 100% wool which is a non-continuous filament fibre and shedding is a natural characteristic of these fibres. Please see the below link on rug care when it comes to shedding items: https://www.therugseller.co.uk/shedding The Flokati range is the only woollen range which is machine washable, therefore, please follow the instructions carefully when machine washing which may reduce the shedding for you.

“The service from the Rug Seller was good, The product though has proved useless. We need to stop a rug moving on a paved floor, and a rug on top of the larger one. Neither situation was improved at all by using the underlay, and after washing it ( which was said to be possible) there was no "stickability" left at all. A total waste of money.”
