“The runner I ordered lived up to expectations, lovely colours and good thick pile underfoot. However, the courier service was awful. There is no delivery time so you have to stay in all day, how practical is that? You can try to change the delivery date, good luck with that, because I was on a permanent loop, I spend over 40 minuets trying to get a change of date, with no luck and you get a prerecording that you can’t get out of. Love the rugs and runners from this company but until they change their couriers my next rug will come from elsewhere!”

“The rug is of good quality and was delivered very quickly. Only one issue is payment by Paypal which paid the money but didn't push the order details through to the Rug Seller. I had to call twice to get it sorted out. All dealt with very well in the end.”

“The rug ordered was as good as the advert described. Had to wait for approximately five weeks because it was out of stock. Would have liked to have been informed of the delay and then further updates as time went on. At one stage I thought I had paid for something I was not going to receive. The rug is beautiful”
