“Overall very satisfied. Rug is good quality delivered far quicker than expected. Only slight negative is we have queried 4 creases across the rug. We were told they should flattten quite soon but you would ask the manufacturers and respond to us. This hasn't happened yet after 10 days and no response either!”

“Excellent service. Needed rubber backed rug for bathroom. Disappointed that cream rug has black backing which is exposed depending which way the pile is lying otherwise would have been 5.”

“Really happy with my rug, great value for money, fast delivery and packaged well. Only scored a 4 as it was rolled the wrong way and the edges are still curling up due to this, but settling slowly.”
