“My order was delayed but I received a telephone call explaining why and an expected delivery date. I was not in a rush for my rug anyway but I did appreciate the customer service and info update.”

“Hi I ordered my rug in November 2017 but was not delivered until back end of January 2018 for this waiting period I am going to be given a £ 30 discount off the price at present don't know if this has been paid ,The RUG was delivered to our home January 2018 and I MUST SAY THE RUG IS VERY GOOD it looks good and the wife is very happy with this so my feelings are some what mixed regarding the RUG SELLER but then again the problem for the delay was a stock/manufacture related issue ,but the rug is fine .”

“The rug arrived as described which was a relief as the reality could have been different. It had a lovely thick pile and the colors were exactly as shown on the web. It arrived within the time specified and was very well packed.”

“It was easy to find the rug we wanted to match an existing one. Delivery was prompt (though the driver did not leave a note to say that he had placed it in a secure place so we did not find it for a few days. Drivers should be required to indicate where they have left the goods if not signed for)”

“I ordered a rug that I had seen and liked in John Lewis, but it was much cheaper. I saved £60! The ordering online process was very easy and I got confirmation by email. After a few days I was advised on which courier would be delivering my rug and delivery updates. It arrived when it said it would and I'm delighted, it looks great!”

“Really good quality rugs, we bought two, plus the non slip underlay. We're very pleased and would buy from again. Only critism is we didn't get any info on delivery and to ring a few times to find out when they were coming.”
