“Great fast delivery and good quality rug,only fault not been rolled well,having problems getting end flat after a week.”

“Delivery was prompt and ordering was straightforward. At present I am waiting, and hopeful, that the wrinkles in the rug, as a result of the rolled up delivery, will flatten out as they haven't yet even with following the guidance email I received”

“Nice rug and everything was fine apart from the colours of the rug. The photos made it look much paler than it was. The main problem was the background colour which I was expecting to be a light greyish brown but it was in fact a deep yellowish brown and did not work in our room so I have sent it back.”

“prompt delivery and quite happy with packing and service. Carpet quality seems quite good but we will not be able to actually lay the rug for another week. however looks ok on inspection. can give a better report in a weeks time.”

“The customer service (phone) was lovely however UPS did not recognize the Gibraltar post code TWICE, delaying my delivery significantly. It is set to arrive tomorrow! Let’s see!”
