“The rug arrived exactly as described and well pakaged. Only slight down side was the delivery courier who seemed unable to follow simple instructions”

“Great service, had been looking for this type of rug for some years, after having had similar pattern before in pink from elsewhere. Great colour just what I wanted but slightly less compact pile than expected and dimensions fall short of advertised. Still like the rug.”

“Service was very good but a week after delivery the rug is still not lying flat & we have tried every which way to eliminate this. So we feel unable to put it in the entrance hall yet which is why it was purchased-perhaps rugs should not be rolled so tight?”

“I am very pleased with the rug I purchased. I was a little apprehensive ordering online because obviously you can't physically see or touch the product and I was also hoping that the colour of the rug as seen on the website was a true reflection of the actual colour. The rug turned out to be exactly as described and arrived on the day I was told it would.”

“Ordered six rugs of differing colours which all arrived within the stated time. Faultless service & delivery from the Rug Seller though one of the smaller rugs is curved on one side instead of it being completely straight like the others were. Otherwise, very impressed with the vivid colours and patterns. I've already recommended this seller to a family member who has now also placed an order.”

“The carpet is superb quality and looks amazing. The only think that could be improved on is notification of delivery. I found this process wasn't as good as their competitors who give you clearer windows of delivery, the ability to move delivery dates and tracking numbers that work.”

“The rug I purchased was lovely but unsuitable for the size of my living room so I returned it and received a full refund, although I had to pay the return postage amounting to £8.50p. I would recommend as they have a massive range of rugs.”
