“The rug I ordered took longer than initially expected but I was kept informed and treated with courtesy and consideration. When my rug arrived I was very pleased with it and would use the Rug Seller again if looking for a similar product in the future. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery had not been delayed but it was worth the wait.”

“would have rated 5 star if it were not for the appalling delivery service by the carrier UPS. Having been advised that the parcel had been delivered at 11:01 on Monday and left at the 'front desk' I emailed UPS to advise that not only had we not received the parcel but we didn't have a front desk. By Wednesday I still hadn't received a response from UPS and eventually discovered from the rugseller that it had been left at the Willersey Store in a village 2 miles away. The parcel was eventually received Friday afternoon. Not amused”

“Great prices best around. Web site very easy to navigate. Pictures of rugs are very good. Rug is beautiful wasn’t disappointed. Once ordered Sent email saying delivery days 1 -10days is abit off putting.”

“The rug is nice but it is described as grey, which is what I wanted, disappointed to see there is also beige in the rug which was not advertised nor was it visible on the website.”

“Ordered two hall runners. Later found out there was a delay. But was kept informed on a regular basis by email of the delivery date etc. Very satisfied with the service and love the hall runners.”
