“Quality of rugs really good and helpful customer services. Mix up with the paid for Saturday delivery by Yodel then another courier who delivered the rugs with no prior notice,. The Rug Seller did thankfully reimburse the delivery charge because of the mix up.”

“It was impossible to order on line and I wasted a lot of time trying. When I phoned I spoke to a very helpful individual who apologised and said they were well aware of the inadequacies of their system and were trying to rectify. All that done I placed my order and it was delivered quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would have given a VG but for my on line experience.”

“The service was excellent, but sadly the colour didn’t match what was shown on my screen. So it is now on its way back to them! This is the second time I have been caught in this way, the first with another company, so I will not be tempted to order rugs on line again!”

“UPS did not deliver on agreed date as they had not provided driver with correct address. I therefore had to divert it to a pickup point some 7 miles away very inconvenient Very happy with Rug seller”

“Rug recieved as agreed, well wrapped and in excellent condition. Only fault is the rug continues to shed a number of weeks after purchase but hopefully this will stop soon.”
