“Overall very pleased with my purchase. There was a slight problem in that after I had made the order and the company had taken the payment, I was then told there would be a delay of several weeks before the rug was again in stock. I queried why payment had been taken in that case. They offered to refund it but I declined. As it happened they rang me the next week to say they could after all deliver fairly quickly so all was well. Best to check stock before paying.”

“Rug excellent , service good . Only problem delivery with ups left number to call pre delivery only work 5 minutes away no phone call also said leave rug at back door porch didn’t comply went to pick up point long delay to collect Ups disappointment”

“Not impressed with UPS - left it in a shop in a place I never visit. Didn't deliver when promised or I would have been in. Really delighted with rug and will probably be back!!”

“After ordering a rug we received an email the next day to say it was unavailable until end April. We received the rug on Tuesday and are very pleased with it. In fact, I am on the point of ordering another in the same colour/ design. Thank you.”

“I was delighted that you always responded to my emails. My only wish is that you had let me know the day that you despatched so I could have arranged for someone to be home for the delivery, however, this did not impact in any detrimental way. I am delighted with the rug and your service.”

“beautiful rug,comprehensive care instructions, better price than other sellers of the same. I had to chase them up regarding delivery which was due to a delay from their suppliers but they hadn't told me of this.”

“Very happy with the rugs, quality is good and as described, also customer services were polite and helpful (though not always easy to get hold of). Only giving 4 stars because delivery wasn't made on the due date and I had to contact for an update. I was sceptical about the revised delivery date and advice that I would be contacted to arrange delivery however Rugseller were true to their word. Downside was that they use UPS whose tracking tool is a joke and we received no info from them on the day, just as well my partner was able to wait in. So overall pretty happy, just a couple of glitches.”
