“I needed the rug urgently and the Rug Seller didn't let me down but the internet colour did, it looked like the rug I already had but when it came it was grey not chestnut but as I needed it for a dog who had had major surgery and didn't want her to slip I couldn't send it back. Such a shame but cannot fault the rug itself.”

“This is the second rug that we have bought from the Rug Seller and once again the colour is quite different from the online picture. It took a couple of days for me to get used to the rug but now I love it. However the online pictures need to be improved as this rug looked very black online but it is actually quite flecked and has lots of blue which doesn't show online. It is also very soft and lovely to walk on in bare feet.”

“Delivery was very prompt. I ordered two rugs but have only opened the smaller one so far as holding onto the bigger one until some work is done. The opened one had a couple of slight flaws but not enough to worry about - perhaps the trait of natural fibres? It is sturdy and should wear well.”

“My rug arrived in good time...carefully wrapped. Thank you. However it was not as vibrant and as suitable as I'd hoped and had to be returned. JAMES in your customer service department is probably the BEST person I have EVER had on line dealings with. Quite perfect. He followed through from start to finish, when the courier company failed me , twice. Don't let him leave your co.”

“This is the second rug I have bought, they are perfect when you have a dog, very easy to keep clean. The only thing was the delivery which is by Yodel and they are not very good i.e your parcel will be delivered between 9am and 9pm DPD are much better as they give you a 1 hour time slot or will deliver to the local paper shop.”

“At the moment, I've bought four {4.} rugs. I've purchased two {2.} each for both the kitchen and bathroom. I'm delighted with the purchases, the care instructions, and the delivery. I want each rug to automatically include an underlay. This is my own choice.”

“Very efficient service. However, regrettably I had to return rugs as their colour was nearer to terracotta than red - I have a red wall in my kitchen and the difference was very noticeable. I was not pleased as postal charge for return was £20!”

“delighted with the rug .Very disappointed that a few day after purchase the price was reduced by 20per cent . The delivery man left the rug in a neighbours drive with no note to let me know it was there while I was out. Could have been a lose to both of us”
