“The item I purchased was for underneath my rug which keeps creasing. It has helped a little but has not completely solved the issue. However ordering was easy and the item was a good price and arrived quickly.”

“Excellent service, though the rug was creased when it arrived, and we are still unable to get the creases out, but slowly they are going. The rug appeared to have been folded rather than rolled, but that could have happened in transit. Quality of rug is very good.”

“Sales and delivery speed were good and the product is of high quality. It looks lovely in our new bathroom. one of the reasons I choose this rug is the high use of recycled ♽ material from plastic bottles and bamboo. I was therefor disappointed to see the amount of plastic packaging and ties used for the parcel. I guess the same packaging gets used for every rug but these are of a different weight and size than most of your rugs. They could have a been put together for a start.”

“We were very pleased with the efficient delivery of our rug but when we opened the excellent packaging we noticed a small round dark mark in the middle of the central pattern. This small area should have been light beige but it is much darker than the rest of the rug and very hard unlike the rest of the rug which is soft”

“Product fine although we found the return procedure confusing. They claim to be a fully refundable company but only If the product is faulty. Otherwise it’s your responsibility to arrange a return. Even if you just want to change size or colour. Rugs are not a small item to return and they are an internet sales company.”

“I was pleased with the quick response to my order but the carrier did not give enough time for me to be available for the delivery. However, it was left in a handy spot though not very secure, but, I suppose it was the best they could do.”

“very efficiently dealt with, delivered quickly and excellent value for money we now have to see how it wears. The only downside is it keeps hold of the dog hairs and the dog hairs prove difficult to hoover up even with an animal quality vacuum cleaner but this is a minor issue even with 5 dogs. So on the whole very happy.”
