“Ordered a flat rug to go at the back door as everyone (including cats) were coming in from the garden. It had to be flat so that the doors around opened and this one was. Stays nice and flat and covers the area.”

“The doormats were in stock only with the Rug Seller Ltd And at a good price, so that was a plus, and delivery was free. Great. However, there was such a long wait for these mats to arrive - many weeks! I had to send prompting emails twice just to be sure my order was still in hand. This would have been more acceptable if they had communicated with me about the delay.”

“Rugs as described, of good quality and thickness; delivery time as promised. Rugs tightly rolled for shipment, so taking some time to lose the tight roll marks near the centre of the rug.”

“When I placed my order for two rugs your order form a discount code was shown. Take ten was the code for 10% off but on the payment form there was no sign of this.Why was that?”

“Ordered my rug on Tuesday, delivered 2 days later! Superb service even in lockdown! The rug itself is very nice but not as heavy as I expected - ever time I walk on it, it moves. I need to buy a rug gripper now - more expense.”

“I am very pleased with my rug but I am now probably regretting it as when my dog goes into the spare room to lay on the rug I then find tufts from the rug. The dog is an 8 year old Westie. I love the colour.”
