“Easy to order and pleased to have 10% off for a first order. Informed that rug had left the warehouse and told who the carrier was. However, I was unable to track delivery as suggested in email as no tracking number was provided. In the event, the carrier texted me an accurate time slot for delivery which was helpful.”

“THE RUGS ARRIVED VERY PROMPTLY AS ADVISED WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH TWO EARLIER RUGS OF THE SAME MAKE. THIS TIME I ORDERED THREE THE SAME FOR A BIGGER ROOM. THE COLOUR MATCH IS GOOD BUT ONE SEEMS TO HAVE MORE LOOSE THREADS WHICH ACCORDING TO CARE INSTRUCTIONS YOU CUT OFF. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T AFFECT THE LIFE OF THE RUG.”

“The rug came thoroughly packaged. Although the rug is a darker brown than in the picture, I am still happy with it and the non slip backing is excellent so no extra mat is needed underneath. Altogether very good value.”

“The runner has totally transformed the hallway. It's very inviting and many have comented on how nice it looks. It arrived quickly and the non slip mat under it keeps it in place. Very pleased with it.”

“I am unable to write a comprehensive review of Rug Seller based on ONE purchase from them. But, having had difficulty with their website, I contacted them by telephone and the gent I spoke to was quickly able to resolve the problem I was having with ordering a non-standard dimension of sticky underlay. That problem was related to payment, and he was also able to to address the non-standard dimension of the underlay. So, with one telephone call, I was able to order the non-standard size of underlay and have its payment settled for both Rug Seller and myself. My order arrived three days later and was installed the following day. I only have a small problem remaining: the rug which is the top layer of the rug. underlay, carpet sandwich, is not held in place completely, I suspect because I had not hoovered the carpet adequately before laying the sticky underlay on it.”
