“I was extremely disappointed to learn that my first transaction before Christmas, when I had carefully chosen and purchased a rug, was a waste of time as the rug was no longer available. Nourison 2000 Blue Cloud. I sought a refund after that disappointment. The second purchase went smoothly.”
