“I have shown you as "Good" to grade the product which was very good value. My frustration stemmed from the information provided by your Customer Services. Before placing the order I was told that the rug was in stock and should be with me in about three days - the rug was finally delivered After four telephone calls, on the tenth working day. Gather the rug was in the wrong storage facility and there was a problem with the transport etc. Nice people but a lot of misleading information.”

“The 2 Runner's I purchased are really lovely, so pleased with them, just one negative, up's delivery phoned me to ask my Address as it wasn't on the Label,just my name house number and half my post code. I did phone you're company to which I was told that the parcel wouldn't have left like that.When runners where delivered the label was as up's had stated and they had written the Address on them selves in pen,but I love the runner's.”

“I had to wait 3 months on the rug but I was kept informed. The only fault was when the rug was delivered I was out and it had been delivered to a local newsagents and it did not specify the actual newsagent. I only had the post code. I had to use google to find out which newsagent the rug had been delivered to.”

“Both rugs are as they appeared on the internet.The only problem was I asked for them not to be delivered until after a certain date and they were left outside my front door for 3 days and could have been stolen.”

“Rug arrived well packaged. Right size for the hall. Colour was darker than expected. Fibres of the rug were mixed not all one colour. Decided to keep it as a good quality rug for the price.”

“It took over 6 months to receive our rug! However, the customer services manager was apologetic and very helpful. Now the rug has arrived we are delighted with it It is beautiful and excellent quality.”
