“I love the beige Bokhara rug. I was disappointed that there was no pink in it as they mostly do. I wanted it to match a smaller one that I had.”

“Many retailers have the Soho02 rug, but only The Rug Seller had it with a 10% on-line discount voucher ... so that swayed the deal Unfortunately the web experience really needs to improve ... if you haven't got it in storage for immediate shipment, please say so on the web site, the 2week delay wouldn't be a problem, so long a people know roughly when it would be back in stock.”

“The wool rug we ordered for our bedroom was delivered promptly and it's colour and quality are good. Our only quibble is getting it to lie flat at the edges after it has been rolled up tightly in the warehouse and in transport.”

“Speed of dispatch good,only problem was I live in the Republic of Ireland, when filling address could not enter this in kept comming up UK, I emailed them to rectify the address before dispatched, they emailed me that ithe would be done, the address label still had UK”

“We had a custom rug made, after the last date of expected delivery we still hadn't heard anything since ordering many months previously, we made a call and the rug was delivered in the next couple of days which makes me think it had been sitting in storage and forgotten about. However the rug is beautiful and we got it in the end! I love the selection at The Rug Seller”
