“Our rug arrived and it was flawed, I emailed them including photos and saying we were happy to keep it but requested a reduction in the price we were charged but they have not responded. I have resent the email but no reply to that email either. Not good service”

“Dealt with my order very efficiently, delivery was prompt, rugs were well packed. Website gives a large range of rugs in a wide choice of sizes, colours and styles. Although the rugs I bought were at the lower end of the price range, they look and feel good, and are very comfortable to walk on. Will definitely use this company again the next time I'm in the market for a new rug.”

“The rug is nice. Only let down was the delivery. DHL delivered to the wrong address but were adamant it had been delivered to the correct address. Two days after stressing to them that I had definitely not received it, they found it in a different part of Durham.”

“The rug arrived promptly and looks great. However, we have already filled our vacuum cleaner over 30 times with excess fluff, which is also covering most surfaces in our home and our clothes, and I'm sure it's not healthy for our puppy. Is this amount of shedding normal?!”
