“The customer service is terrible.The rug you see in their website the colors are bright but when it comes is different and they don’t take responsibility to return with their own responsibilities to pay for return .Their saying is because of the phone or tablet that you see the colors bright .I never had any problems with any other websites but only them not happy at all”

“Great service, I ordered this rug just after Christmas and as advertised on their website it was delivered in 2 days I was really impressed with the service. The rug seller keep in touch by email so you know when to expect your items. The rug itself is perfect, soft and very fluffy, the colour is exactly the same in the picture. All in all a great rug from a brilliant company.”

“The rug is very nice and high quality. Only issue is Cos the rug is black so Any little crumb will show. I have to hoover it twice a day for it to look how I want it to look. But I have two kids always making a mess.”
