“During lockdown I ordered this lovely Scion rug in taupe and I’m extremely pleased with it, as is Maggie! As soon as I put it on the floor she was on it, bagged! I was only a teeny bit surprised not to have notification of delivery. The only way I could know it was on its way was to log in and check the status. It just said ‘dispatched’. Anyway, no problems as we were in lockdown! It’s lovely.”

“Shocking quality... Only had a few weeks and already threads coming out and noticeable catches all over the wool rug and looks really poor quality. Really disappointing as 1st time customer as this was expensive!”
