“Very pleased with the anti-slip underlay,my rug stays in place nicely. I also like the washable rug I bought for my kitchen, it fits nicely across the bifold doors and looks better than having doormats.Delivery was prompt within the expectedtime.Would recommend.”

“I bought a beautiful hall runner from The Rug Seller but the carpet grip, also purchased from The Rugseller, did not stop the runner from moving and gathering up into ridges. The carpet gripper gripped my hall carpet but did not grip the back of the hall runner. In my opinion, It was not fit for purpose. It took a nearly a week for customer service to properly respond to my complaint re the carpet gripper, but when they did, I was satisfied with the outcome. Both the runner and the carpet gripper arrived promptly.”
