I chose your company as the advertisement on Facebook stated free delivery. There are many distributors who deliver free to our area if the order is over £50 my rug was over £300 and you charged me extra to deliver to an address next to the main delivery route north.

You sent us the wrong colour rug! Currently waiting for someone to deliver correct one. It has been 5 days and no idea of when it's coming. Not very good experience, prob won't be using this company again at this rate.

The Ivory Brighton rug isn’t actually Ivory it’s cream - it even says so on the label. I’m having to pay to send it back

It should have a heavier backing as it does not lie flat and the edges curl so constantly tripping over it. I have put weights on edges to no avail. Any suggestions?

The only advice I would give anyone, is never ever buy anything thing from this Mickey mouse company. If I could give minus 10 I would. Ordered a rug and told it would arrive at end of week, but after waitting in, it never arrived. Three weeks later after wasting numerous days waitting in and never taking delivery of the rug, I ask for my money back. But I am now told I will have to wait until they have received the rug back from there useless delivery company, who can't follow any instructions no matter how small.

The anti-slip just did not work. It was received in very good time, but I regret to say that it did not prevent my mat from slipping and sliding all over the place.

Two rugs ordered and payed for in October 2017 only to be sent an e-mail 2days after the order saying the rugs were out of stock and due back in stock the 1st week of December. The first 3 weeks in December went by with no sign of the rugs ordered. Rang and spoke numerous staff who all gave me different dates of when I would be receiving these. Then on 19/12/17 rang The rug seller again to be told the rugs had been despatched. When I received the confirmation e-mail I noticed there was only the small rug despatched, so I again I rang The Rug Seller to say the large rug wasn't on the despatch notice. They told me that the supplier had sent the wrong rug so they were having to wait for the right one to be despatched to me. The large rug was despatched to me and received it on the 23/12/2017. Meanwhile the smaller rug still hasn't been received and seems to be lost in transit. Can't get in touch with Rugseller as they are on the Christmas break, e-mailed the carrier UPS but they can't seem to track it either. I doubt if this rug has ever left the Rugseller warehouse. A complete shambles . Will be taking further action . Paid over a hundred pounds for a rug I haven't yet got, which has been ordered since October! Would not deal nor recommend this company to friends and family . Very very disappointed !

I have not received my rug as yet! Despite waiting in for three whole days. I am very disappointed with this level of service. I have paid £700 plus for a rug... that seems to have disappeared!

promised dispatch in 1-10 days at time of order - turned out to be rubbish. Chased after a month, and was promised dispatch next day, chased after a week and asked for money back, then finally the goods were dispatched

I was sent the wrong colour rug. I called rug seller as soon as the rug arrived because I noticed the code on the rug was different to what I had expected. I was however notified via email that this rug was the one I had ordered. But it was in fact completely the wrong colour. I was offered no other option. A refund was dependent on the manufacturer! I found that absurd. Also no one bothered asking me if I would be interested in getting hold of the right coloured rug. It seemed like my custom wasn't required at all.
