“Really good selection. Rug arrived after only a few days. Really pleased with quality. Excellent customer service. I happened to go on the website the day I received my rug and noticed they were offering £20 off when you spent £150 or more. I got in touch and they very kindly refunded £20 to my card.”

“Every pleased with the service. I placed my order over the telephone and had a very pleasant gentleman who was ever so helpful. Just a shame that we in N.Ireland cannot have a free delivery, the same as England. Why not bring a smaller delivery charge for all of the U.K. And I'm sure you will find your sales going up. Thanks”
