“The service was excellent but, unfortunately, the colour of the rug is very disappointing. It seems to have a yellowish tinge, which makes it appear grubby. I would return it if it wasn't so heavy (which is good) and fear it would be expensive.”

“I ordered 2 matching rugs (Yale Autumn) and I absolutely love them. They are really good quality and feel super soft and luxurious underfoot though cheaper than other online suppliers. They were delivered quickly and the small query I had was dealt with immediately and the correspondence was polite and efficient. Top marks for The Rug Seller from me!”

“I have bought rugs from The Rug Seller in the past and have always been happy with the service and with the rugs themselves. , and this time I ordered a large Bokhara rug. Unfortunately it was dispatched via Parcelforce . The service was an absolute disgrace. I was told three days running that the rug would be delivered that day. The first day I tracked it, only to find at 6pm that it had been returned to the depot. The second day, after sending an email and telephoning Parcelforce, and tracking said package, I again did not receive it. On the 3rd day I rang The Rug Seller and spoke to Solomon, who rang Parcelforce. and the parcel finally arrived at 2.30pm, after I had again rung the local depot. The whole thing was a horrible stressful experience, but I'm glad to say that I love the rug. The following day I rang Solomon again to order the carpet gripper, which arrived 2 days later by Yodell. What a difference in the service! I shall of course, remain a customer of The Rug Seller, but I would insist that a courier service other than Parcelforce, deliver it to me.”

“Ordering from the rug seller was so straightforward. The photograph of the rug I chose did not do the rug justice, my rug is much more spectacular than it looked on the photo, so very impressed and such good value for money. I needed to contact the rugseller team and the help and assistance I received from the team (James) was outstanding I would recommend this company to anyone indeed I already have. Heartwarming to find there is still companies that listen understand and provide excellent goods, outstanding customer service and value for money. Well done rugseller. Will definitely buy from you again.”

“Everything really good, except that I wish they did the Aubusson Chinese runners in a longer length! As you can see in the photos, I have my old runner which is longer - the pink one - end to end with yours green one and needed it to be longer. Anyway lovely runner, and thanks for the love hearts as it was valentine's day!!”

“I ordered 2 Rugs which arrived in good condition and quality what was stated they look lovely. Only gripe would be that they took a week to travel 5 miles ,but I do realise that your company has had to get them from a stockist. Would order again.”
