“We ordered a custom sized rug to fit an extra long space. We were given a 12 to 16 week delivery. When the 16 weeks had passed I had to ring The Rug Seller. They did get back to me to apologise that there was a delay and the rug would take an extra few weeks as it was “in transit”. It did arrive within the newly advised timescale and they did ring beforehand to advise the exact delivery date. The rug looks fabulous and fits perfectly. Rating would have been very good but for the delay.”

“The delivery was quick as always. My go to place for rugs. Big selection of good rugs. This replaced one my cat and dog decided to destroy. Unfortunately, they started on this one 5 hours after delivery!!!!!! Would recommend this company anytime.”

“I love the runner it matches the mat we have in our living room but one complaint ,by folding it pattern face inwards it has a constant curl up on each corner and won't straighten unless putting sticky tape under to keep it down otherwise likely to trip over it.”
