“Does exactly what it says on the tin. One of the few products that really works well. The rug is a thin flat weave killim on a polished wood floor. Hard work to line up 11ft x 8ft of underlay to exactly match the rug, then to turn over both rug and underlay without it slipping or creasing!”

“I bought a lovely rug but it was too small , customer services explained that I would have to pay return postage but they suggested a couple of parcel people & it only cost me £7 to return, I then ordered the next size up. Great quality rug , very reasonable price & great customer service I have recommended the rug seller to everyone who comments on my lovely rug”

“The rug was delivered in a timely fashion but unfortunately it was folded up. The crease has still not comes and currently spoils the look of it some 14 days after delivery. The rug otherwise is good.”

“Bought a mat originally for my son at Christmas, then bought a runner to go in front of my Rayburn, then two more rugs to go in the kitchen. Very pleased with them but thought that they were rather expensive. Time will tell if they are as hard wearing as I hope and fit in my washing machine ok!”
