“Quality of food and service is excellent. In my previous order I had been sent raw langoustines instead of cooked crevettes. However, a replacement order was sent at the next possible opportunity and as the crevettes were to satisfy a hankering I had rather than for a specific dinner party it wasn’t too great an issue. The quality of all the seafood I have ordered has always been superb and the response to a one-off error on their part was also excellent.”

“It was a DPD delivery - the first time we had not been serviced by a Wright Brothers van - we thought the amount of packing to compensate for a non refrigerated vehicle was over the top and it would put us off from making further orders. There was a lot of cardboard etc to recycle.”

“We have been having your fish delivered since the very first lockdown. It kept us fed with delicious fish when supplies were tough elsewhere. It was something exciting and special to have the Wright Brothers van arrive and to chat to your wonderful drivers. Now that you are using DPD we get lots of packaging and orders do still on time but we have lost that unique localness that was the reason for us buying from Wright Brothers. We shall probably not use you as much and return to our high street supplier which is a shame.”

“I have used Wright Brothers before and we have enjoyed the fish. Last time, for the first time, the delivery was very late. Despite being advised to the contrary I did not receive a text message giving me the estimated delivery time for delivery and when it got to 18.30 I sent an email enquiring about my delivery. All was sorted as eventually somebody had to relieve the driver who had been delivering since 06.30 and because of traffic delays had not completed his deliveries by 18.30. I appreciate these things happen but in future if the situation arises again it would be useful to have received a message accordingly. Nevertheless, the fish tasted delicious and the items were in good condition.”

“Excellent sea food platter delivered by Wright Brothers. The lobster was a bit disappointing, rather bland and tough, but the Oysters and crab were fantastic. As were the dozens of huge tasty prawns. The shucking knife is a must for the Oysters. Would definitely order again.”
