“So i had a issues with this company and in there defense there customer service is great i had put a order in for a grandad keepsake and i had duplicate payment and had no email confirming my order but once i had contacted them they told me there having problems with the system and max who was a great help told me my order had been packaged and sent and i would receive my refund for my duplicate payment within 5 working days.
So i noticed they have a few negative reviews with the same issues but i would recomend them 100% there website has a amazing selection great prices they ship worldwide i live in spain so this was great there customer service is fab too so for anyone in doubt i would give them a go.”
“Whole range of issues whilst ordering. Taking double payments then claiming that they can do nothing to refund me until I provide them with details that even my bank couldn't tell me. Complained via Facebook messenger and was told I would be updated. I was left to constantly chase them. Now to find out that I have been blocked from contacting them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. 1* is being incredibly generous for the awful service I received.”
“I had signed up to the subscription when the first payment left my bank I called the koin club on the 0330 number without hesitation they cancelled my subscription I recieved an email instantly to say it had been cancelled so no hasels. People are quick to leave bad feedback not so quick to leave positive feedback. My experience has been great.”

“I joined the kion club and bought a set of icons,that where sent quickly,and found thay were wrapped in very securely,and for the service was very good and friendly,and I was very pleased with the conspiracy that are brilliant in mint condition,the service is excellent,and I have no problems in buying more coins from them.”
“It's a shame because the product is actually quite decent. However they trap you into a subscription service which isn't clearly stated on their website (I couldn't find any trace of a subscription upon purchase at all) and they make it very long winded for a simple refund and cancellation claiming "security reasons" which is nonsense. Would NOT recommend it's not worth it.”
“Not sure why there are so many reviews complaining about the subscription service. When I signed up, it was clearly stated that I would have to cancel or be auto enrolled onto the membership plan. The only downside is that you have to call them to cancel, rather than press a button, so maybe that's why people are finding it difficult.
I kept my subscription and have almost finished my 2nd Disney Classic collection for my daughter to inherit.”

“Sent poor quality coins. Did msg them on Facebook but they was not interested. Also commented on a post with photos of damaged coins and my comments got deleted 2 times. Then they bloked me from msg them or comments on there posts. Avoid. Stick to royal mint or pobjoy. Don't waste cash on these cowboys”
