Item received was damaged. 2 forms submitted over a space of 8 days and no reply. Took the item to the store in the end and was told I could have a refund but I’d have to order another one online and pay the postage again. When I said I wasn’t happy about this as it wasn’t my fault, I was told that that it wasn’t the stores fault and I would need to speak the main office or submit a form online (already done this and didn’t get a reply). Awful service and wouldn’t shop here again!!

GOODS NOT RECEIVED AND NO REFUND @therange why are you are still ignoring me? You owe my 86 year old mum for goods not received. I’ve sent numerous emails, posted on your Facebook page (You’ve hidden some of my posts) I’ve contacted Trustpilot with the order number, sent a registered letter to your head office. Resolver are now involved and 6 weeks later still no refund. Today I will present her case to Trading standards and get the bank to reimburse her. They will reimburse her and I will continue to tell her story in order to raise awareness about your total disregard for your customers and in particular those who are most vulnerable.

I have bought 7 pairs of lamps online. When they arrived I found that they had literally been thrown into the box and so many of the shades have been dented and damaged and one lamp totally smashed. I’ve tried to contact the Range via online system over week ago. It says don’t send multiple messages otherwise it slows the process so I haven’t. I would not order anything ever again from them, I could not believe the jumbled mess when my lamps arrived and then absolutely no response to my online message. Very upset as I’ve now I’ve ended up with broken lamps that I don’t know what to do with as are customer services ever going to contact me........

I had the misfortune to visit the brand new Range store in Weymouth on Sunday. The store is huge and lovely but that's where the good part ends, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I visited with my daughter and her baby plus her toddler. We were greeted by a man who said welcome, we needed a trolley but had no pound coin, we asked him to exchange change for a coin but he said he wasn't allowed so we had to ask other customers. We then shopped and paid, my daughter spent £346 so we had a lot of shopping, there is no car park attached so we went to take the trolley to the car, it stopped at the door. I asked if there was a pick up bay as we had a pram, a toddler and all of the shopping, no we were not allowed to use the pick up area as we hadn't bought furniture. a supervisor was called to help us, she suggested we took the shopping in batches back to car using the pram as a trolley!!! she said she would look after the shopping whilst we did this and it was safe with her! on my second trip back she had left our paid for shopping by a window and other assistants had added to it thinking it was for returns! I moved added items, on my fourth trip back more returns in there. I saw a manager and spoke to him expressing my disappointment in the lack of help, his response was he was sorry but as I didn't know the persons name he couldn't do much other than mention it in team brief the next day! Still no offer of help back to the car. Never again, totally disgusting. Be warned if you need a lot of shopping don't go there!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Phone 3x, takes over an hour to get through to someone who fobs you off. Emailed several times, not taken seriously and then ignored. Contacted over Facebook message, ignored, contacted again. Contacted over Instagram, ignored. Filled out a customer care form 2x on their website, ignored. Been to there stores, not taken seriously. Missing items, over a month late, parts missing had to collect 26 miles away, refused any refund of my delivery which was £20 even though it is their fault for not sending it all. No apology, no answers.

The customer baskets and trolleys were all absolutely disgustingly dirty. Staff virtually laughed at me when I asked if there were any clean ones and no attempt was made by anyone to do anything even though 2 members looked at them and agreed they were disgusting. I will never go to The Range at Gosport again due to the uncleanliness and the total lack of interest shown by staff at the checkouts

I ordered some solar lights for my garden which stopped working after two weeks. I used the contact form on their website to initiate a refund or exchange. After a week, I hadn't had a response and then spend 3 hours across a day trying to get hold of the customer services on the phone. Once I eventually got through, they asked me for photos of lights not working! I tried to explain that you can't really demonstrate that through a photo as the lights have on/off switch so no way to prove that they are not working on a photo. Despite this they made me take a photo of the lights in the day and at night which I did and sent to them. Now another 4 days have passed and no further communication from them. I am now waiting again for over an hour in the telephone queue. Will stick to Amazon in the future who have brilliant customer service when things go wrong. Don't waste your money or time with online orders from The Range.

dear oh dear what went wrong ordered mirror in march said it was despatched 3 times on the phone for 2 hours girl put phone down on me said she had a bad day. no explanation about mirror refund and money back.not gpood enough i have spent mega money with your company if i did not phone your company would not of known wheres mittor gone stolen btoken a goodwill gesture would be nice but nothing awful customer service

We ordered a sofa from The Range over 7 weeks ago with the promise our 2 seater would arrive by 9th April and the 3 seater would be delivered but June. Long story short... 6 visits to store being fobbed off by all 3 store managers we have finally Cancelled our order. After having them tell us they don't have a clue where our sofas are and when they would arrive. The amount of times we called to 'chase up' after being promised call backs from these incompetent staff members is too many to count. They are rude and unhelpful- we are just thankful to get our money back. I would highly recommend to NOT to buy anything from them that you cannot walk out of store with. We have now been without a sofa for 2 months with 2 children in the house. It has completely tainted our first house buy too. Don't believe a word the staff say they are all empty Promises.

Full payment taken for order over £300 but only half of order delivered. That was 5 weeks ago. I am getting nowhere with customer service. I wish I'd read reviews on the range beforehand as I definitely wouldn't have ordered from them.

Hi your customer service is none existent you ask customer to fill out form on website because you don't answer the phone with a 4 working day response and don't stick to these times I still have not had a response from you since the 19th April even though you have acknowledged you have received . I never write reviews but felt I had to with this one if it wasn't for your helpful employee josh at Stockton I still don't think I would have got any help . when you finally responded to your own team internally you have offered no apology for the fact the settee is totally damaged everywhere but you expect me to stay at home 2 days for another collection then a separate days delivery have to wait weeks again and have the cheek to ask me to pay for wrapping for the company collecting or they wont take it . I offered to maybe look at keeping if you offered a discount and you insulted me with 10 % you wont even be able to sell the item its full of rust wonky stitching come on the only reason I haven't asked for a refund is its an perfect fit. you need to get some customer services skills shocking disgusting service wont ever shop at your store again .

I ordered and paid for a sideboard on the 24th april. And on the ordee it said i would be sent confirmation of delivery and it would be delivered by the 7 th may. And ive not even had any email reguarding confirmation delivery date. Just a payment confirmation. I took a week off work to recieve it and emailed with no replies. Shocking service. I will not buy again. And need my sideboard i paid for or will get a refund.

discussed with the range bought garden furniture on the 6/3 /2021 took over £1400.00 of our money , delivery date may 23rd , long wait but we agreed this was ok. then to get e mail blaming the suez canal for delay was a lie , to me delayed till 29/7/2021 and this was only estimated , we did get our money back from store on the 5/4/2021 and still had to wait a further 3/5/ days to get our money, ( still waiting) only buy from this store if you can take it with you.

I'm quite shocked at reading these reviews, one of which is mine. I cannot believe how a company dealing with the general public have the audacity to even CALL this customer service! And why isn't anyone taking notice?? Where is the CEO? Does anyone take any notice?? Unbelievable! I'd like to see a response from The Range about these reviews.

Customer service in Watford branch very poor, multiple items on shelves not priced or wrongly priced. Manager needs to go on a customer service course not really interested in my complaint.

I bought a mirror and it supposed to arrive on 5th of May but it didn’t arrive and on the tracking website are saying the order has been returned. The courier didn’t try to deliver it I also have been trying to contact the customer service and I have no answer. I spent 3 hours on the phone waiting to be answered and nothing.

The Range.. disgusting customer service selling item they do not have!! Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star!! An absolute disgusting service!! Orders a parcel last month and told… due to the Suez Canal issues. The cargo ship was stuck for a week.. not a month! By the time I get this parcel it will be 5 weeks late..this was the first time ordering on line with The Range.. a d will be the last A. I ordered a parcel that was supposed to be in stock.. not waiting to go into stock. B. I have just received a message to day saying congratulations your parcel is being dispatched… stating I will get in on the 31/05… this is disgraceful customer service and a ruined birthday for my fiancé. As it has been dispatched where is it coming from… Australia by foot!! C. Why are you selling items you do not have in stock. I don’t expect a response from yourselves as if your customer service is to go by

2hrs holding to contact customer services with no answer. Faulty goods and unable to contact them. Bought garden furniture with assembly parts missing and a chair with a short leg!
