They charged me for a product online 5 times and kept me waiting 4 days until they returned my money there cs are rude unprofessional thieving corporation beware will not be shopping at the tatty range store next lockdown the range will not exist

Ordered a white ottoman online, when it arrived it was cream and did not fit with my decor. The stress of trying to return it was unbelievable, it took god knows how may emails and phone calls. It took a month to eventually get it picked up. I have asked the company to refund my £107.99 and a week later they have emailed to say they are looking into it!! NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this company. They need to remember that my contract is with them and not the supplier, whom I'm waiting to give the OK for my refund. DO NOT order from this company, the customer service is very hit and miss, you cannot make a complaint except by email as the complaints department or managers, don't have phone's.

Never ever shopping with this company online again. Any faults you’re gonna just have to put up with because NO ONE answers the phones!

I am so disappointed in the service from The Range, aslo find it hard to believe that customer service supervisors / managers do not accept calls. We had a Windsor Garden table fire pit set delivered. On inspection the corner of the table was chipped. Customer service were contacted and a replacement arranged. All good. We were told that all 5 boxes / items would need to be returned a few days later. Except when the transport company arrived they only had instructions to collect 3 boxes, not the total number 5. So they left without uplift. These 5 boxes were not easy to store until pick up due to their size. We contacted The Range again and they cancelled this pick up and arranged another pick up for us a few days later. When we got details from the transport company it said they were to pick up 2 items, not the 5. Once again The Range customer service were contacted. This collection was cancelled and another arrrange for a different date. Today we recieved a message from the transport company saying they had received 3 of 4 items for delivery, not 5. This is an ongoing saga and certainly does not encourage me to make or recommend any purchases from the range in future that require delivery.

Items wrongly priced marked at9.99 when got to tills was told it was old stock and was now 11.99 told the only price that is accurate is that at the till and not those on the shelf or the item

Used to be one of my favourite shops but Never ever again will I shop with the range online or in store. I have never experienced such a frustrating returns process in my Life. Worst customer services I’ve ever come across. I ordered a mirror from their ‘partner company’ massive mistake. It was nothing like I was expecting for the Money. You would have thought this day in age it’s easy to return and get a refund well think again. Takes ages to get through to anyone and then days for replies. I kept getting asked the same questions then another few days wait for a reply. I was then given the wrong address so had to wait days again for the correct address. It’s taken me nearly a month to get a refund. I guess I am one of the lucky ones though considering some reviews say people are still waiting for their refunds. Thankfully I paid with Klarna so I was able to pause the payments. Avoid

bought a dining table from the range was delivered damaged had to send pics of damage before they authorised a collection a week later then another week for replacement same problem so had to do the same all over again for 7 weeks on a thursday ive had a delivery or a collection of this faulty table today once again a faulty table was delivered cannot return to store so have to wait again for collection and then for the refund damage is always in the same place so must be a design fault enough is now enough

Absolute shambles trying to get a refund from early January is impossible l! Constant emails asking fir proof of return which has been sent countless times and each time you email you go to the bottom of the line I will never order online again I’m seeking advice now STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERS

I would give zero stars but 1 was the lowest. I bought a micowave the range brand. It cost me £100. After 8 months it stopped working. So I spoke with customer service. They were very unhelpful. They said I would have to pay a 3rd party company to investigate the fault then report back to them. Wasn't willing to replace or partially refund. I emailed the CEO of the range. And he got one of his snotty minions in customer service to reply. They would not even escalate to a manager. So if you want cheaply made expensively priced. And god forbid you have a complaint it you prefer to speak with the monkeys not the organ grinder then shop here. Their slogan "if we don't have it you don't need it" that is false advertising because every customer needs a good customer service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Ordered a hutch for over £100.. a week later hasn’t arrived! I rang up to complain said nothing they could do! No item no refund! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! THEY HUNG UP ON ME! So have no idea what to do now! REQD THE REST IF THE REVIEWS! ALL NEGATIVE!

I am hugely disappointed with my delivery. I ordered 60inch fire place, great price, on opening I found several faults, cracks, vended frame and the worst is the branding was upside down on the panel which was so obvious. I immediately went on website and follow protocol by including images of damage, leaving my number requesting an exchange, collection then a refund. I am still waiting for one of these to take place. This can’t be right is it?

Clarendon lamp ordered online on 12th January, by Express Delivery, for the hall in my new home. Arrived faulty and with a totally different lampshade. Had to trail to the nearest store (Leeds) to return it and, sadly to date, have yet to receive a full refund. Even with faulty items they don’t refund the original delivery costs so I’m £5.99 out of pocket never mind all the hassle. I expect more from a Dunelm competitor.

Turned up at the store for the Iceland food restaurant stood in queue of right customers waiting for breakfast lady said morning and then put food in a cook unit fives mins later comes out and says food be about 20 mins at this point we left poor service you should be ready when open to serve only two visible staff on

In on business to Hull from North had to sign on my business card world chip touchless and they said no after they accepted it just days prior. Primark or Tesco no problem. Amazon UK easier! Was adding to court new office. Had cash to pay but let it sit as a matter of principal.

Do not park at the The Range unless you want a £60 parking fine (Blackpool). They are trying to state that I was at the carpark for over 2 and half hours. I ask how is that even possible especially that there is not even a cafe. It is a lie and I have refused to pay the fine. It clearly states also on the The Range website that they cannot intervene regarding parking fines. Is this a scam then set up between the Range and the landowners. Not something you need in your life when you are an emergency nurse working for the NHS. My family, friends and colleagues are appalled and will not be shopping at the Range again

Don't order online from this company. They use a separate courier, so you're suddenly having to deal with them when things go wrong, who were useless too. Had 2 items missing. Wouldn't deliver up my stairs. Tried to get a refund. Took weeks with random amounts credited that nobody could explain. Left on hold for ages. Was short changed by another random amount which has weeks later only just been rectified. Very hard work to get your money back. Oh and don't expect an apology!! Oh and scam calls soon after hanging up!!

Wrong shades arrived from on line order, drove return trip of 18 miles only to be told the computer couldn't do the paperwork with head office as there was a fault. Today I rang again still faulty so rang head office, they sent an email with details for return including sending them a photo. Did everything needed went to the post office and hopefully they are on the way back. I feel they should reimburse me for the postage to me and for the return. Really fed up, will not purchase on line from this company again

Really annoyed I even have to give 1 star. Been waiting to return an item to one of the range partners since early December for a refund as product is not as stated on their website. Not once has anyone been in touch to arrange, despite me chasing weekly, they just keep passing the buck. Reading these comments, I will now be pursuing legal action.
