I never write reviews but honestly avoid this company - their customer service is appalling ! Ordered 2 sunbeds 11 th July and the wrong ones were delivered . They have finally been collected almost 2.5 months later .Summer is over now so will order form another company next year If you call customer service you wait on the line for 1-2 hrs . The online email complaint system is prehistoric putting you to the back of the queue if you send a second email complaining . Its just shocking avoid !!!!!!!

The range should stop selling crappy items from 3rd party sellers, and then when items arrive damaged or with missing parts simply wash their hands of the customer and say nothing to do with us .....

Faulty item not even left delivery vehicle 6 weeks later after many calls to non existent customer service and 8 hours in total of hold music and not one call back and no refund. Do not put yourself through the pain of buying from this company. I am at my wits end.

I have purchased 2 bedside table lamps and some garden wall art recently and realised that the price has been blacked out and I was charged more, I.e the tables lamps £14.99 was blacked out and I was charged £18.99 each the wall art £12.99 was blacked out and I was charged £16.99 I am sure this is not entirely legal.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not shop here; their customer service in non existent and I have been trying to arrange a return for over three months. I tried to return in store twice but was told it was from a Trusted Partner so a courier would be arranged. They asked for dates to pick up; I gave them several and they chose a completely different one. I wasn’t surprised when they didn’t turn up when they said they would on Monday, but they haven’t even responded to my email from Monday night. Never answer the phone and staff in store can’t help. One even said ‘You can try and call, but Customer Services are shocking’

After spending a small fortune on kitchen,dining room& lounge refurbishment, tried to return a kitchen bin for a replacement or/credit note as i didnt have the original receipt,Told point blank no receipt no form of exchange/refund, company policy,?? just checked consumer rights and NO company by Law can actually refuse??,Jobsworth Manager will be getting a complaint against his decision shortly, Dont recommend shopping here will shop somewhere that values customers a little more! 1star!!!!

Everything. You get your money from customers then you wash your hands of them. It does not interest you if the order is not delivered your too busy putting a wall in between yourselves and the customer to avoid any back lash . One rubbish company to deal with .

I ordered a large mirror online from The Range. It was to be delivered this Monday 6th September and I am still waiting for it to arrive. The couriers XDP have not updated me since 2nd Sept telling me they have my item. Have been ringing customer service and I use that term lightly at The Range for 4 days now. Finally got through to them this morning when a lady told me to ring XDP as it was not their problem anymore but I neded to take it up with the couriers. XDP charge 7p a minute for premium rate calls. I hung on for 27 minutes listening to music then I gave up. I cannot believe The Range which is a big company can treat their customers this way. No mirror and out of pocket by £65. Will NEVER order online from them again.

The Range, or to be fair at this point, the delivery company, Arrow XL, delivered this today. It should have been delivered yesterday but a text from Arrow XL told us it was delayed because of a breakdown .... Looks like a high impact accident from one end of the van to the other end rather than a breakdown to me. My daughter answered the door, and it was dumped in the porch, nothing to sign either, damaged and no instructions on how to build. Called the Range in Ipswich after multiple attempts to call customer services, absolutely no interest from the Ipswich branch A, told us to sort with the couriers. Top tip people, if you can't walk out of the Range with it in your hands, don't buy it.

AVOID!! If I could give it no stars I would. I wish I looked at reviews before buying! The website suggested a stand to go with the parasol I was buying. When it came it was no good. A few days later I took pictures of it and requested to send it back. Its been well over a month and I've still not heard anything! The auto message says if I don't reply the case will be closed. But there's nothing to reply to because no ones contacted me. I've only got 30 days to send it back and I've now gone over that because they haven't replied. The worst customer service ever!!!

I had exceeded the 28 returns period by a couple of days as our household had been playing tag-team Covid which meant we’d been indoors for a month. I only wanted to swap my item for something else but was told that I couldn’t as I’d exceeded the 28 days. The Manager at Derby said I should have come in with Covid if I wanted an exchange!! Shocking customer service. Will never shop here again.

-1 will be reporting this company for fraud ordered from range plus apparently so can’t get refund from the range for faulty goods and 2 hr wait and still no response on the phone 😡surely if I paid the Range my contract is with them ?

Should give them a minus but can’t. Customer care absolutely rubbish,in fact non existent. Still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. Ordered a wardrobe, came damaged, emailed said they would reply within 72 hours, no reply, On the phone for hours waiting for them to answer, never return calls emails. Waste of space. Cost a fortune in telephone calls. Do not buy from them for home delivery. Oh and still waiting now for a reply.

Like other reviews on here ordered some garden furniture in March and it has a defect, been emailing for over 3 months and no response for a month, stuck with a garden swing taking up space that can't be used! Will not use again.

Complete lack of any form of customer care. Purchased a garden swing which has manufacturing defect two hours to get through to customer care and 20 plus emails with no response. This company just doesn't care I would urge every one to avoid the company at all costs

So I'm guessing the range company is fine it's the range plus partners that are a joke. So received my item damaged. Both ends of the box completely ripped apart. The range plus parnters customer services seems to be non existent. Pre warned that anything supplied by a range plus partner has nothing to do with the range or a range store. Does anyone even work at the partners customer services? I mean how difficult is it to pick up a phone ??? Writing this while on hold for the 3rd time this week and still can't get MY money back. Absolutely not using this company ever again. Seriously I've never had a company in my life take this long to answer a phone at customer services. Your beyond a joke.

Ordered garden furniture for delivery in March if this year (it was in stock, paid for in full and was supposed to be delivered in March). We’re in September and I’m still waiting. Delivery date changed several times basically every month, had I of known I wouldn’t actually receive the products for this summer I would have had a refund immediately and also never ordered it. Now completely missed the summer. The Range utterly unhelpful and disorganised, unable to give reasons for delay of over 6 months. Absolutely disgusting.. I would give minus stars if I could.
