“I ordered a water stand for my tree this year for Xmas I literally ordered and got it the next day I wernt to sure at first as it looked small in the picture online but when I received the parcel it was way bigger than I expected so I know it will definitely hold my tree this year brilliant service will be using again”

“I purchased a critter keeper pet box - I would have bought 3 but of the 2 in stock 1 was broken. I asked if they could get more and although it was below stock holding staff were not able to order more. "Just keep coming back and looking" I was told. 3 months on and the only one in stock is the broken 1. I have been back numerous times. What a pathetic system!”

“I wish I could give it no stars! The worst online shopping experience of my life. No update from the courier for a delivery time / date. Arrived unexpectedly whilst I was leaving for work. Opened the boxes for my Bronte 4 door wardrobe and found no instruction manual so couldn't check anything. 16 phone calls later and 3 emails and I managed to downloads the booklet. Checked the parts to find 4 screws missing; the 4 screws which are the first ones to be used so again couldn't do anything. Had to wait another 10 days for the screws to be delivered only to receive the whole amount of screws, clips etc again. In total I made 26 phone calls and sent 6 emails, but never received one call or email back. A terrible experience with a terrible company. Do not use them.”

“What an amazing team in the gosport branch. Dan from the furniture department was so helpful and went that extra mile to make sure I was able to get what I wanted. He even carried it to my car!! Brilliant customer service. Also Maria who certainly knows her department and was able to find what I was looking for. Also Rob who also helped carry my purchases. I will definitely be visiting again soon, a lovely shopping experience”
