“Very impressed by the service and also the quality of the colour product. My new hairdresser had left me with a patchwork of almost blonde hair, when I am normally mid-brown. Now that I am self-isolating, I was desperate to do something about this, and your product has enabled me to get back to looking 'normal'. I am so thankful! I loved the whole package I received to carry out the colouring. The shampoo and conditioner are particularly gorgeous and I have re-ordered. Many, many thanks.”

“Fabulous! I was really nervous about dying my own hair but after just having baby number 2 I couldn't bring myself to pay the salon prices. My hair looks great and instructions ard very easy to follow. Will be a definite repeat use and the money I save can go towards doing something fun with the family.”

“Unfortunately the colour was not great for me and I ended up being quite upset at the result (still am even after paying to have it fixed as much as possible). I sent a photo through of my current colour and specifically said I did not want to be too much lighter or have any warmth at all in the colour. The colour was way too light for me and ended up being very ginger :-( I am sure if I went darker I would have been much happier but in this case I will spend quite some time growing out the result.”

“I selected Sorrento colour, as I wanted a cool ash blonde shade. My hair was previously coloured with fine blonde foils. As you can see from the attached photo, my hair came out, including the new hair growth, a toffee colour. It doesn’t look anything like the images on your site. Whilst it isn’t bad, it isn’t what I wanted. I have considered purchasing Veneto next time, however I am unsure it will be a cool ash blonde colour due to my previous experience. I did speak to a colourist, who was lovely however she didn’t explain why my natural blonde uncoloured hair would be darker and have a warm appearance with Sorrento. I am thinking about canceling my subscription and waiting until my colour grows out and/or going to a salon. Your product was easy to apply and left my hair texture soft and shiny so if the colour had come out like the photos displayed on your website I would have been happy to continue to use The Shade products. Thank you Joanne”

“The equipment provided is good quality, instructions easy to follow and left my hair feeling so soft, shiny and smelling gorgeous! I didn't quite get the results I wanted colour wise but my hair is obviously darker that I realise and will need bleaching to achieve my desired ash blonde shade. I emailed the colourists for support and they were very helpful and made suggestions as to how to get to the colour I want. My hair is in great condition and I would not hesitate to use the shade again! Love it!”

“Well tried out my first Shade Hair Colour. Number 5. It was easy to apply even though I am not the best at sectioning my hair (In fact I am hopeless at it but may get better the more I do it) I had previous coloured hair and even though I probably didn’t cover all the grey regrowth properly I left the regrowth for 10 mins then massaged the rest of the product through my hair and the result was wonderful. Great colour with surprising mix of colour in the sunlight and super soft super smooth hair. Love this product already. Have washed with my normal colour shampoo and conditioner since doing it and still soft and shiny. So impressed would recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks”

“FIRST TIME USER I love love love my results, super easy to mix, easy to apply, no complications at all, lots of fun and a money saver. Due to lockdown around AU, courier was a bit delayed, but now I am loving my fresh new hair and wish I done a before and after pic. “I liked very much for different reasons: 1. Presentation. The box had a little welcome note with my name on it. It was hand written. Nice detail. 2. Content. Very profesional and clear labelling for further instructions 3. Results. I did like how my hair ended. Nice and bright colour and almost any greys. Besides it has a nice smell. Happy with this option!”

“The colour was nice, even and there wasn't a strong smell either. I have a very sensitive scalp and didn't have a reaction or sensitivity. The colour (Golden Copper Brown) was a little too copper for me, but my hair was mostly grey so probably why it turned out more vibrant but covered all the grey well. Nice colour though anyway and definitely a salon colour and quality.”

“Sorry it made my hair goa brassy copper look I am not a fan sorry I didn't understand why I had 2 lots of shade 1 with the bleached made my hair back to my colour sort of and the other made it go grey and purple so that's when I put the bleach 1 in it sort of back to my colour except the head that went orange as you can see please help me”
