Hi Michelle, So sorry that your order has taken so long to be delivered. We despatched your order the next business day after the receipt of your order. Unfortunately it has been held up by Australia Post due to the lockdown in Melbourne, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating. “Having never done my hair at home before and having read such good things about The Shade, I decided to take the plunge. Honestly, it has been the best thing I have done for my hair! Not only can I do it at home and save hours in the salon, the price is incredible! Great value, great product & easy to do. Brilliant customer service too! “I dyed my hair two weeks ago now but I was ready to write a review before I had even put the stuff on my hair to be fair. It’s beautifully package, everything in the first package is amazing value for money & smells amazing. After 2 weeks the colour has stuck (even hairdresser colours seem to fade off my hair after 2 weeks) & I love how the colour has settled in. I definitely think I’ll be subscribed for a while to come!”

Hi Alex, If your colour result was darker, that could only be because you either had darker colour pigments in your hair before colouring from previous colour, or your natural colour was more than two levels darker than level 6, as our colour can lift by two levels only. “The customer service was exceptional. The product itself I’m not that happy with, followed instructions & time frames and the colour was not as intense as shown on their product image. Within a week the colour has faded, particularly the roots.”

If your colour has faded so quickly, that indicates that your hair is porous (the outer cuticle of the hair is raised) which causes the colour to leak and fade.
